Hello and Thank You for considering Blue Moon Design Online. My name
is Mary Owens. I am a Website Designer located in Michigan. Web design
is just an evolution of what began for me as a photography and graphic
arts hobby 25 years ago.

In 2002 I began doing photo restoration. I had no idea that I'd become a
freelance web designer but as time went on I saw there was a need and I
was skilled enough to fill it so I officially launched Blue Moon Design
Online. I have worked for a non profit organization since 1996 and have a
true understanding about the needs of both the business community as
well as consumers. This is what I believe gives me the advantage.
